This is a one-year maternity cover.

We are seeking a passionate, talented, and inventive individual to join the Maintenance Automation Platform products and analytics team within the global Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) central team. This team makes significant impact on the technician experience across Amazon’s fulfillment network globally, and contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge products, which enable RME to realize a Maintenance 4.0 vision.

As a Product Manager, you will support one or more global products in the team. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle, contribute to the definition of the 3-5 year product strategy, and provide an iterative roadmap allowing teams to deliver on the long term vision.

You will maintain fruitful dialogs with customer senior leadership, understand their vision and RME related challenges, and generate new features or new product ideas and surface to your management. You are innovative, and quick on delivery, while ensuring products are delivered to achieve their intended outcomes.

You are a team player, and contribute to continuous improvement of team’s mechanisms and processes.

We’re looking for a leader who:
  • Is curious about using the latest technology to solve maintenance problems and building digital products.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work backwards from customers and with key stakeholders, e.g. to trade off addressable business opportunities against available resources. Experience in defining, evangelizing, and realizing the vision for a new product area.
  • Has a track record of innovation, initiating and proposing strategic product initiatives, and defining the vision for technical products.
  • Has experience in effectively communicating technical proposals and product roadmaps to stakeholders at all levels.
