This is an amazing full time-opportunity based remotely on the West Coast.

Occasional Travel 1 to 2 x per quarter.

Competitive Base Salary of $77,500 per year + Quarterly bonus

Your New Opportunity:

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the entire portfolio to ensure we provide exceptional serviceto our guests at all times. This individual will be responsible for prospecting new accounts in assigned market segments as well as maintaining and growing an established book of business.

The Regional Sales Manager will be assigned quarterly sales goals that align with the brands overall sales objectives. This individual will be responsible for exceeding those quarterly sales goals.

The Regional Sales Manager shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the SCP’s Cultue and Core Values.

The Regional Sales Manager is expected to spend more than 50% of their time performing the duties in bold below and is expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment in carrying out their duties. In exercising discretion and independent judgment, the Regional Sales Manager is expected to compare and evaluate possible courses of conduct, and act or make a decision after considering the various possibilities,including when the Regional Sales Manager makes suggestions and recommendations to others.

What You Will Master: .
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: implement and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the organizations overall sales goals and objectives. Work off defined sales targets, identify target markets, and establish action plans to achieve desired results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Develop a deep understanding of client needs, provide exceptional customer service, andidentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
  • Sales Reporting: Identify trends within assigned market segments and provide insight to Regional Director of Sales for key decision-making.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within assigned segments. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, identify bottlenecks, and stay informed about changing customer needs and preferences.
  • Proactively solicits and books business in assigned market segments (segmentation is always subject to change at the discretion of the Central Sales Leaders)
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by participating in professional organizations, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.
  • Plan for the achievement of individual and team goals in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
  • Develop and implement tactics, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture new customers and key demographics.
  • Plans and participates in sales trips and industry-related events
  • Participates in departmental sales meetings and relevant operational meetings
  • Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners.

The Essentials:

  • Previous experience in Hospitality/Hotel Sales/Group Sales (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong background in Operations/Hospitality
  • Energized by a rapid and ever-changing startup environment.
  • Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a regional ormulti-location sales environment.
  • Experience with SMERF, Government, Non-Profit, Insurance, and Healthcare segments.
  • Wellness training or background
