Tax Preparer

Part-Time Temporary Tax Preparer:

20-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing your knowledge of accounting software systems such as ADP and CCH ProSystem Fx to manage and process tax returns accurately.
• Applying your understanding of tax-related concepts such as allowances and deductibles to ensure accuracy in tax preparation.
• Managing customer interactions, providing excellent service, and resolving any inquiries related to tax preparation.
• Maintaining customer records meticulously and ensuring all data entries are correct and up-to-date.
• Monitoring customer accounts regularly and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Employing your skills in accounting functions to support the team and contribute to the smooth operation of the workplace.
• Leveraging your experience with CCH Sales Tax and Drake Tax Software to enhance the efficiency of tax preparation processes.Part-Time
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is necessary.
• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using Drake Tax Software is mandated.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required.
• Ability to handle Allowances is expected.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
