Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the task of calling vendors to collect on overdue invoices.
• Accurately apply payments to respective accounts.
• Actively involve in resolving any discrepancies in orders.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with vendors and upper management.
• Engage in business to business collections.
• Utilize accounting and financial software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Align your work with skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections.
• Maintain accuracy in all transactions and records, leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Candidate should have a strong understanding of Billing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Practical experience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
