Overview:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Senior Living Cooperative team in Bloomington, MN! This position is responsible for providing general office management and support to staff and tenants/residents. Ensures coverage of reception area. This administrative schedule includes;- 40 hours every two weeks
- Part time, day shifts
- Position is 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday, Flexible start between 8:00 am - 10:00 am
- No weekends!

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Functions as receptionist for the building and provides clerical support to staff
- Facilitates communication among staff and tenants
- Provide marketing support as requested
- Performs other duties as required by the specific housing community
Qualifications:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree preferred but not required
- One to three years of previous experience
- Basic word processing skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
