Overview:

Join the Eddie Bauer Accounting and Finance team in a temporary role focused on supporting our inventory systems. This position is expected to last for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Inventory and Accounting departments to review, research, and post inventory corrections.
  • Utilize various systems to review inventory activity.
  • Perform inventory adjustments as directed.
  • Ensure accurate posting of corrections.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Accountant and Accounting Manager to resolve system errors.
  • Contribute to special projects as requested.
  • Undertake other duties as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary training in accounting is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in Accounting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule: three days per week in the corporate office and remote work as per the company’s hybrid work program.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the position offered and work experience.
