Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Support Center Representative to join our team!
In short, this role will:
- Answer assisted living and skilled nursing facility customer’s inquiries
- Answer calls from community residents, family members, physicians, hospice providers, and internal Consonus team members to help get medications to our residents accurately and timely
- Establish positive relationships with both internal and external customers
- Use proactive approach to customer concerns and have the ability to seek assistance or escalate to Supervisor/Manager as needed

Qualifications:
- Current State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- Experience in providing customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task by answering multiple calls, navigating multiple computer applications, and finding information.
- Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
