Job Duties:

• Supervision of all Plumbing activities.
• Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
• A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
• Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
• Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
• Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
• Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Connecticut P1 License Required
• Residential Plumbing Experience a Must
• Valid driver’s license
• 6+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry
• Exceptional sales and business acumen.
• Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
• The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
• A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Call The bee may conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
