A service company in Old Bethpage, NY is hiring a Customer Service Dispatcher to join their team immediately! We are seeking a candidate with experience in either customer service or dispatching for a service company or similar industry. This candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast moving environment and have the ability to wear many hats when needed.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on service requests and priorities.
Monitor and manage daily schedules to ensure timely service delivery and address any schedule changes.
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide service updates, and handle any service-related inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of service calls, technician availability, and job statuses in company software.
Assist with coordinating emergency or urgent service requests, ensuring quick response times.
Collaborate with service technicians and office staff to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot minor issues related to scheduling or customer service, escalating complex problems as needed.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients receive timely and professional service.
