Summary:

The Program Manager II manages the overall execution of the project and coordination of the project team by communicating with stakeholders, managing project reporting on deliverables, supporting project delivery and aligning with the company’s overall goals.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that all project deliverables and timing are met
  • Communicate with stakeholders on project performance and project issues
  • Review project schedules with functional project managers and project coordinators allocated to projects
  • Coordinate and support program delivery and processes
  • Manage project reporting on project accomplishments, deliverables, and milestones against project drivers
  • Coordinate each project within the program to ensure that objectives are achieved
  • Conduct project meetings and follow up on project issues, schedule, and risks

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a related Program Management position. OR (6) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR No experience required in lieu of Masters Degree

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $81,364 - $101,705 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
