Systems Administrator

The daily tasks will be carried out in a dynamic workplace, with the opportunity to work on various projects in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Windows Server 2019 as well as Windows 10/11 desktop.
• Implement and manage Hyper V and Citrix server technologies.
• Execute system administration tasks including reviewing logs, adding users, and changing passwords.
• Conduct regular installation updates to ensure the system is up-to-date.
• Monitor system performance regularly to ensure optimal operations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system issues.
• Manage customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Utilize various skills including AB Testing, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Basic Troubleshooting to perform tasks.
• Maintain and enhance the organization's database systems.
• Provide support for end-users, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Database management and AB Testing.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Backup Technologies.
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 and Hyper-V is required.
• Proven experience in System Administration.
• Basic Troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
