Key Responsibilities:
- As an API Engineer, you will be responsible for providing assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud.
- You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.
- You are expected to be a SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in API Integration is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Amazon API Gateway, intermediate proficiency in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateways, and intermediate proficiency in Service Mesh Architecture are recommended.
- Design and implement cloud migration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud migration.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
