The World's Leading Beverage company is seeking project coordinators to help support a special project team supporting new data privacy laws. Project coordinators will conduct outbound calls and/or email communication to gather information in support of consumer services.
Utilize system reporting tools to acquire consumer requests and developing spreadsheets or reporting tools to help compile information submitted from other departments. Ability to work with little supervision, reporting up to leaders on weekly progress points to continue driving project to completion month over month.

Customer Service is critical as obtaining information from others is the name of the success game! Skills Advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Quickbase Excellent analytical and detail oriented Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills Must be local Must pass Assessments

salary: $19.5 - $19.51 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 7 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Utilize system reporting tools to acquire consumer requests and developing spreadsheets or reporting tools to help compile information submitted from other departments. This role may require contacting other departments and groups while monitoring their deadline and timeline to respond.

Select candidate will also be responsible for independently resolving minor issues and escalating any that may have profound impact on overall project goals and timelines.
