Appeals Coordinator

Our wonderful client, a large litigation firm based in Southern California, is searching for a Coordinator to join their team in a remote capacity. The selected candidate will work to resolve various deductions, maintain vital timelines, and manage a high volume of data entry tasks.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who has entry-level accounting or data entry experience, with the interest of being in a legal environment (without the legal responsibilities).
Responsibilities:
- Manage case records with the help of Case Management Software
- Conduct research on various deductions and resolve them effectively
- Execute billing functions and maintain accurate records
- Regularly follow up with attorneys to ensure seamless coordination
- Utilize various computer software and excel for data management
- Uphold strong client relations and effective communication
- Log into the e-billing platform and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Case Management Software to manage and organize case files efficiently
- Demonstrable experience with billing functions and financial record keeping.
- Strong client relations skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships.
