education: High School

• Review & analize team productivity
• Assist & provide support to the client's staff
• Follow up & resolve any issues in the floor with Randstad talent
• Escalate issues approriately to maangement as needed
• Respond property to conflict and or injury and provide resolution
• Pay close attention to detail
• Provide coaching & feedback to talent when needed
• Help monitor workflow
• Answer any questions from team leads or from the talent they may have, if able to do so
• Perform all other duties instructed by Randstad management
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with assigned team leadS, talent and the client.
• Understand and carry out all oral and written directions.
