Job Summary:
Replimune is a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving. This role will have end-to-end responsibility for managing the company’s accounts payable process, including related month-end closing processes, vendor invoice processing, payment distribution, and 3-way match process.Secure all necessary authorizations for payment in support of company policy. Develop and maintain policy and procedures supporting P2P processes. Lead various process improvement initiatives as part of the evolution of P2P processes. Support cross functional business partners to resolve purchase orders, invoicing, and payment issues.
Work with external auditors related to quarterly and year-end audits. Additional accounts payable responsibilities include assisting the Accounting Manager with the month-end accruals process, management of 1099’s, accounts payable metrics, and analysis reporting.
Perform additional accounting and reporting tasks as required to support the department.
This position is based in our Woburn office and welcomes hybrid work! Local candidates are expected to be on-site 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
- Secure approvals of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices according to company policy.
- Monitor the systematic 3-way matching process in Oracle.
- Verify correct sales tax on invoices and document any discrepancies.
- Weekly report out for A/P trends and issues and identify paths to resolution for aged accounts payables.
- Analyze and prepare open payables for weekly payment run.
- Responsible for electronic record keeping and organization of A/P invoices within SharePoint.
- Support the external auditors in periodic testing and account analysis requests.
- Receive and verify invoices and ensure that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures, account codes, in addition to having required approval.
- Perform other accounting, financial and administrative tasks as may be required to back-up and support the accounting team.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
- CAPA/CAPP, preferred
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2-years full cycle, 3-way match Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Oracle accounts payable software application a plus.
- Month-end close related Accounts Payable activities
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
- Advanced problem resolution skills
