This is a full-time contractor to permanent hire position for a US Citizen located in the Reston, VA area. The successful candidate will be located within the Reston, VA local commute area to provide Telecommunications and network engineering support with the expertise to provide:

Telecommunications Engineering Project support for circuits and networks
Cisco network design and implementation support to include all aspects of routing, switching, and security architecture
Experience with networking, routing and switching.
Experience with network monitoring and management
Knowledge and experience with WAN Encryption routers in a Hub/Spoke environment.
Telecommunications network design, implementation, and testing support
Written documentation support to include design documents, network diagrams, and project-related documents
An active Secret Clearance, which is highly desirable
United States citizenship (with a clearable background if the candidate does not have an active Secret Clearance).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

LAN and WAN: 3 years (Preferred)
Telecommunications Engineering: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

CCNP (Preferred)
CCNA (Preferred)
