Operations Support Coordinator

As an Operation Support Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support for complex communications product solutions for MasTec's customers. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.
Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
- Upload job attachments, design, as-builts, permits and job-related emails into software
- Review issuance package to ensure it includes all relevant and necessary documentation and requirements
- Review close out package to ensure the job meets client specifications for job completion
- Maintain job tracking and communicate any risks or issues effecting the jobs
- Assist in preparing job closing package
- Lead daily huddles to review current pipelines of jobs
- Assist in training and coaching of level 1 and 2 Construction Support Specialists
- Co-conduct client meetings with Coordinators and Supervisors to review job statuses
- Assist with client interfacing and crafting clear communication on job statuses and potential risks to jobs
Qualifications:
About You:

- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
- You have an ability to problem solve effectively
- You are looking for long term projects
- Computer literacy is required and adaptability to learn other software is required
- Possess 2+ years of experience supporting the operations of a construction department a plus
- Possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) required; other MS Office proficiencies strongly preferred
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
- Strong Communication skills
- Pay Range-$20-$25/hr
