We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual for the role of Reservations Coordinator/ Sr. Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will liaise with clients to provide trip details and manage reservations. You will also handle ongoing communications with guests regarding trip details and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships in a team environment critical to the success of the role.
  • Utilize knowledge of travel industry and personal travel experience to enhance guest experiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing digital platforms like FileMaker.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

  • Extensive knowledge of the travel industry or personal travel experience is desirable.
