As the Assistant General Manager:
- You will execute flooring installation strategies, establish installation targets, and evaluate performance metrics.
- You will recruit, train, and inspire the Installation Team to enhance regional flooring installation outcomes and elevate overall performance.
- You will receive continuous training and support in sales, operations, and management.
- You will provide support for sales appointments as needed.
- You will learn the essentials behind our company core values and how we live by them.

Requirements- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are proficient in basic computer, Microsoft office technology
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Salary range starts at $50,000 per year plus bonuses
