Position: Portuguese Technical SupportCompany Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eton, Quezon City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in Portuguese and English Language
Foreign National who has a permanent visa in the PhilippinesAt least 1 year of experience in Tech experience is Required
Knowledgeable in Computer application
Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
Amenable to start ASAP
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
Perform other related tasks needed
