Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in accordance with financial policies
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of our financial information
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial data entry and report generation
- Assist in the month-end close process to finalize financial statements
- Implement the use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation
- Manage payroll operations ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
- Assist in the transition from Peachtree to QuickBooks, ensuring smooth operation during the conversion process.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must.
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliations is necessary.
- Familiarity with Bookkeeping procedures is required.
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected.
- Experience with Month End Close procedures.
- Familiarity with Payroll processing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable.
