Job Description- Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, owner representatives, architects, designers, property managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure clear communication and effective delegation among all team members.
- Mentor, coach, and train Assistant Project Managers.
- Oversee financial management for all project phases, including estimating, bidding, cost tracking, and project closeout.
- Attend pre-bid and site review meetings.
- Estimate construction budgets and review or prepare bid packages.
- Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor the performance of project superintendents, ensuring all subcontracted trades meet the highest industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating the scope of work for all trades.
- Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and associated change orders.
- Coordinate and document weekly project site meetings.
- Handle all submissions and inspections required by governing agencies.

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Capable of overseeing projects from inception to closeout.
- Comprehensive knowledge of skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Extensive expertise in commercial construction technology and details, with a high level of proficiency in reviewing and understanding all construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at interacting with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
