Attention Customer Service/Call Center Representatives and Recruiters!!!
We are offering a unique contract employment opportunity for Customer Service Representatives/Recruiters in CLAWSON, Michigan that is mostly REMOTE and offers plenty of opportunity to work overtime during the holiday/winter months! This role involves a wide spectrum of responsibilities, from screening and recruiting potential employees to maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your skills to meet daily metrics and placement targets.
You will have the opportunity to work mostly REMOTE for this role, with only 1 week of training IN OFFICE in Clawson, MI, and 3 additional "Team Building Wednesdays" in office through the end of 2024.
Schedule:
This position requires individuals to have a VERY flexible schedule, who want to work overtime every week, and who are available to work a mandatory 10-day stretch from 8:00am-12:00am daily (including Sat/Sun) during a peak period.
-Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm
-10-day stretch during a peak period: 8am-12am daily, including Sat/Sun for 10 days in a row.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently screen and interview potential employees to ensure they meet the company's standards
- Ensure all necessary compliance documents, testing, and employment paperwork are completed by candidates
- Maintain regular communication with candidates up until their deployment
- Aid in travel arrangements and confirmations for potential employees
- Comfortably handle inbound and outbound calls as part of daily tasks
- Use technology and multiple systems/databases swiftly and efficiently
- Communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily and weekly metrics
- Exhibit self-discipline to work remotely and maintain frequent communication throughout the workday.
Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service/call center or recruitment role
- Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls is required
- Ability to meet high-volume outbound metric standards on a daily/weekly basis
- Possesses strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Experience in recruiting activities is a must
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
