Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

This position is HYBRID, in office Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll for a large number of employees across various states.
• Implement and uphold Workday software functionalities for efficient payroll operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.
• Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner.
• Supervise and manage a team, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment.
• Monitor and take necessary actions on employee accounts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with business casual dress code in the workplace.
• Balance on-site responsibilities with remote work capabilities.
• Proficiency in using Workday Payroll, demonstrating a strong understanding of its functionalities.
• Demonstrable leadership skills to guide and oversee a team.
• Exceptional ability to manage and supervise payroll operations smoothly.
• Strong ability to ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and standards in multiple states.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information responsibly.
