Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We are in search of a diligent Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to become part of our team. This role is situated in Boston, Massachusetts and operates within the industry. This is a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, handling incoming calls, and maintaining effective administrative systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service tasks with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond to and manage inbound calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure all customer records are accurate and up-to-date
- Take prompt action on customer accounts as needed
