Staff Accountant - Cincinnati

We are seeking a Staff Accountant for our team located in POWELL NT, Ohio. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in handling account reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and dealing with billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle account reconciliation tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) to maintain accurate records and follow up on pending dues.
• Ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping.
• Operate Yardi software for various accounting functions.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
• Possession of skills in Account Reconciliation, with proven ability to reconcile complex accounts.
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment scheduling.
• Demonstrated experience in Billing, with an understanding of creating, issuing, and managing invoices.
• Capability to perform accurate Data Entry, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and error-free.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on creating and managing spreadsheets, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Yardi Software, with an ability to efficiently navigate and utilize this property management software for financial transactions.
