Product Manager
Trinetix Brentwood (TN)
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong commitment to creating impactful, results-driven solutions that benefit both customers and the business. In this position, you will work alongside cross-functional teams — ranging from engineering and design to sales, finance, and compliance — to guide products from inception through full-scale delivery.
Collaboration: Work with empowered cross-functional teams focused on solving challenging problems.
Growth: Become a vital part of a learning-forward culture that supports experimentation, user engagement, and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include implementing modern product discovery and delivery methods, championing lean experimentation, and ensuring that every phase of the product lifecycle delivers meaningful value.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Business Results (KPIs & Measurement Accountability)- Own and be measured against customer and business outcomes, not just output.
- Use metrics and data to validate that the product solutions address customer needs and drive business impact.
- Provide historical examples of how you have solved challenging problems with measurable success.
- Act as the advocate for your product, driving clarity around its value proposition.
- Engage with stakeholders and end-users throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to delivery and beyond.
- Provide concrete examples of stakeholder and user engagement that resulted in achieving product value.
- Serve as an individual contributor accountable for product value and viability within an empowered product team.
- Demonstrate collaborative leadership skills by aligning diverse team members to produce valuable and viable solutions.
- Share instances where your influence helped a cross-functional team reach a successful product outcome.
- Practice rapid, inexpensive experimentation to pinpoint the simplest solution that solves customer needs effectively.
- Involve end-users throughout discovery, design, and after-delivery to validate assumptions and reduce waste.
- Show how you have approached user engagement before, during, and after release to ensure continuous learning.
- Embrace an action-driven, evidence-based approach rather than over-investing in upfront prioritization and planning.
- Demonstrate a “many small steps” mindset, learning from each iteration and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Provide real-world examples of how you have navigated complexity and uncertainty using learning-forward approaches.
High-Value Responsibilities and Skills
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Actively lead discovery and delivery with cross-functional teams, integrating perspectives from product, engineering, user experience, and delivery teams.

- Leverage experience in a Product Engineering Operating Model encompassing Concept, Define, Solution, Build, and Scale phases.
- Illustrate methods and practices that amplify learning, continuous improvement, team engagement, and psychological safety.
- Rapidly gain or demonstrate existing domain knowledge relevant to the product’s business context.
- Function effectively as a proxy for business stakeholders, bridging various functions across the enterprise (e.g., engineering, design, sales, marketing, compliance).
- Show how you navigate enterprise environments to deliver product value efficiently.
- Articulate ideas and proposals in both written and verbal formats, crafting clear narratives underpinned by structured evidence.
- Inspire and influence diverse audiences—team members, stakeholders, and executives—through concise, compelling communication.
- Engage with organizational layers from individual teams to senior executives, forging collaborative, constructive relationships.
- Demonstrate a track record of aligning multiple levels within an organization to co-create momentum and deliver meaningful outcomes.

- Ability to provide examples of collaboration with diverse teams (engineering, design, etc.) resulting in a successful product.
- Familiarity with lean methodologies, rapid experimentation, and iterative delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with examples of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in an environment with complex or uncertain product domains, showcasing a learning-forward approach.
- Demonstrated know-how in a Product Engineering Operating Model (Concept, Define, Solution, Build, Scale).
