Brief Job Description:

The position of entry level Computer Technician consists of loading and standardizing inventory, fixing repair units, preparing orders for shipment, and customer tech support via telephone or in person.

Essential Daily Tasks:

Standardizing Inventory:
Repairing new equipment that comes in
Testing all hardware
Loading software
Cleaning machines
Make all units match online specifications
Fixing Repair Units
Replace/ fix hardware
Includes: testing hardware, loading software, and cleaning machines
Load software
Thoroughly document all repair work via Keap computer system (Infusion Soft)
Preparing Orders for Shipment
Work daily orders
Check that all hardware/ software is operating correctly
Verify that units are in good physical condition
Talk to customers via telephone to help resolve their problems
Work with customers personally to explain their problems
