Residential Construction - Superintendent

About Our Client

Currently, our client seeks a motivated Superintendent to join their expanding team, offering ample opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company.

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
• Lead job site meetings with subcontractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to review schedules and work plans.

• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing large commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workforces on a busy construction site.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think on your feet to resolve job site challenges.
