We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our threat intelligence product strategy.
About the Role:
As the Senior Product Manager for Threat Intelligence, you will be the voice of the customer, shaping the future of our threat intelligence platform. You will work closely with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to deliver cutting-edge threat intelligence solutions that empower our B2B enterprise clients to proactively defend against evolving cyber threats.This role requires deep cybersecurity domain expertise and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for customers.
Role and responsibilities:
- Threat Intelligence Vision: Define and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for ZeroFox’s threat intelligence offerings, aligned with market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement & Roadmap Development: Actively engage with customers to understand their threat intelligence needs and challenges. Use these insights to build and maintain a robust product roadmap, effectively communicating the vision and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Discovery & Requirements: Lead product discovery efforts, collaborating with customers, analysts, and internal teams to identify key use cases and define detailed product requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Prioritization & Execution: Manage a complex product backlog, prioritizing development efforts based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Partner closely with engineering to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing support.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the threat intelligence space.
- Data Analysis & Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our threat intelligence products. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous iteration.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the threat intelligence landscape. Contribute to thought leadership efforts, such as publishing articles, presenting at conferences, and engaging with the broader security community.
- Cybersecurity Expertise: Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, including various threat actors, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on threat intelligence or a related cybersecurity area.
- Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Deep understanding of the threat intelligence lifecycle, including collection, analysis, and dissemination.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms and data feeds is a significant advantage.
