Associate Attorney

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, California. • Manage a diverse caseload, taking primary responsibility for cases based on your level of experience.
• Represent clients during court appearances, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation.
• Handle discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and requests for production.
• Collaborate with clients to provide regular updates and address legal concerns.
• Prepare for trials, including pre-trial motions and strategy development.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations to advocate for client interests.
• Work closely with partners and other team members to ensure high-quality case management.
• Maintain effective use of case management and document management software.
• Stay current with legal trends and developments to enhance expertise. • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation or a related legal field.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting motions, and preparing briefs.
• Skilled in using case management and document management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to handle multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures preferred.
