Associate Attorney - Robert Half

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Attorney in the civil litigation field, based in San Francisco, California. This role involves working closely with a partner, handling various legal duties, and potentially leading on your own cases.

• Engage in court appearances, effectively representing clients
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
• Handle discovery processes, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and analyzed
• Draft motions and other legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy
• Administer client cases, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
• Manage complaint handling, resolving client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare for trials, coordinating all necessary preparation activities
• Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring they are informed of case progress
• Utilize case management software for efficient case handling
• Leverage Adobe Acrobat and 3M tools for document management and briefing tasks. • Must have a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Associate Attorney role or similar.
• Proficiency in 3M and Adobe Acrobat software.
• Demonstrated experience in using Case Management Software.
• Expertise in Document Management.
• Excellent skills in Briefing and Civil Litigation.
• Familiarity with Claim Administration and Complaint Handling.
• Proven ability in conducting comprehensive Legal Research.
• Experience in Discovery and Draft Motions.
• Prior experience in making Court Appearances and Trial Preparation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
