• Oversee the creation and review of financial statements on a monthly basis, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in line with GAAP regulations.
• Guarantee the accuracy of financial records through regular balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including accruals, prepaids, and other necessary adjustments, by posting journal entries.
• Work closely with various teams to understand their reporting needs, and use technology solutions to automate manual processes and enhance the efficiency of the accounting department.
• Extract insights from financial data analysis and present actionable recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets by analyzing past financial trends and business performance.
• Uphold compliance with corporate financial policies, accounting regulations, and internal controls.
• Champion the continuous improvement of accounting processes by leveraging technology to boost efficiency and accuracy. • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Ability to utilize BlackLine software
• Experience with Concur systems
• Understanding and application of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Capability to manage various accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Demonstrated skills in auditing tasks
• Ability to handle billing functions effectively
