Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers while maintaining professional and friendly communication.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products, services, or policies.
• Process orders, track shipments, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting all interactions using CRM software.
• Identify customer needs and suggest improvements or add-ons to enhance their overall experience.
• Follow company guidelines and workflows while ensuring compliance with customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or support role preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in challenging situations.
• Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and maintain a positive attitude while balancing multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in the Twin Cities area.
