You Report To: Underwriting Manager
Your Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm EST (could be subject to change based on the needs of the business)
Compensation: $19.11/hr

About the Opportunity:
First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Underwriting department to accommodate our remarkable growth! This is a temporary full-time three (3) month assignment with the potential to be extended.
What you will do:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working in FHF software platforms to ID viable deals
- Review and research applications submitted
- Analyze and clear fraud alerts
- Partner with customers and internal staff, providing premier customer service
- Recording keeping, including pulling, saving, and uploading reports.
- Perform various other administrative, data entry, clerical or customer service duties as needed by the department
What you bring:
- 1+ year of Data Entry experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to problem solve, research, and discover solutions
