The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician located at our Enfield, CT Distribution Center. The hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6am - 6:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance automation systems within the distribution environment.
  • Support the development and implementation of automation projects.
  • Perform routine maintenance on automated machinery to ensure optimal operation.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to assess system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and test new automation equipment and systems.
  • Optimize the performance of automated systems to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement modifications or upgrades to existing systems.
  • Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation systems.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
