• Lead on-site management, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to promote a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, and regulations, proactively resolving construction-related challenges.
• Optimize resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce strict safety protocols, creating a secure work environment for all personnel.

• Proven experience with at least five years as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward success.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Expertise in interpreting construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
