What You’ll Do
This role focuses on new customer acquisition in a specific geographic area, offering high earning potential ($100k–$300k) with monthly commissions. You'll work independently to develop new business leads and convert target customers, with support from Sales Leadership.This position is considering candidates located in Charlotte, NC area.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and identify new customers, driving business growth.
- Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities.
- Represent Hayward at industry events and trade shows.
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet targets and report progress.
Qualifications:
What You Bring- Primary focus is to convert customers and build new business.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on growth and customer conversion.
- Develops new targets through active prospecting and cold calling activities
- Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify market opportunities for future business.
- Assist the Sales Leadership Team in identifying and accurately forecasting market share opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic selling skills.
- Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and automated control systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but all relevant experience considered.
