Customer Service Representative

Randstad is currently hiring and looking to fill multiple Customer Service Representative Positions in Franklin, TN 37064. Please review the job details below: Duration: This position is a temp to hire opportunity based on production Location: Franklin, TN 37064 Pay: $15.00/hr. ($16.00/hr. for Spanish) Hours: 3 weeks of Training 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday Schedule after training - 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle 80+ inbound calls per shift regarding auto insurance
• Hand off warm intros to internal debts if call needs to be transferred
• Ability to work in a call queue
• Work within given KPI’s- handle time, hold time, and calls received

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred, but not required
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not required
• Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or in writing
• Ability to handle large call volumes in an effective and timely manner
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal with confidential information and meet strict deadlines
