We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our team and lead high-value commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Job Description
Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent are:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage large commercial construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Team Management: Supervise and direct the daily activities of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project and resolve any issues that arise to maintain project integrity.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and control project budgets, including managing costs and ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Safety Compliance: Oversee all site activities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly identify project challenges and work with the team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Construction Superintendent will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering - Preferred
- 5+ years of commercial experience.
- Can Lead Commercial Projects up to $20M
- Experience using Procore and Asta - Preferred
