External Job Description:

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Supervisor will be responsible for leading the day to day planning and execution of our client's logistic and operational marketing program. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our client as well as our field team and cross functional departments across the agency.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Client Management. You will manage day-to-day client relationships including executing and managing programs and deadlines daily, ensuring quality work is provided.
  • Project Management. You have experience planning, developing and managing multiple program details at one time to ensure that all elements are delivered on time and that all stakeholders can utilize the resources provided. To support these efforts, you’ll manage status documents, timelines, and meetings/calls, and will work closely with various groups to monitor program statuses, scopes of work, and budgets.
  • Operations and Logistics. You have prior experience in managing operations and logistics and excel at being organized and keeping programs up to date.
  • Event Execution. You have experience managing, planning, executing, and recapping events and have the flexibility to adjust based on client needs and expectations. You have the ability to take on an event and run with it.
  • Leadership. You demonstrate the ability to mentor and grow account service team talent, including training, mentoring, maintaining deliverables and timelines, and performance evaluation.
  • Cross-Collaboration + Effective Communication.You will build and maintain relationships with our clients, field team, and GMR internal teams. You will work closely with our Staffing, Fleet, and other internal teams to ensure program milestones are being met and delivered.

The annual range for this role varies between $63,000 and $80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time.
