OUR CLIENT WILL TRAIN......Legal Secretary - Estates and Trusts - King of Prussia

My client, a boutique Trusts and Estates law firm is seeking an EXPERIENCED trusts and estates legal administrative assistant/secretary to join our team. The assistant will support several attorneys and/or paralegals. Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years legal secretarial experience (Estates not required). Strong computer skills and great interpersonal skills necessary. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with the following programs will be helpful: Office 365, Worldox, TimeMatters, Tabs 3, and BigHand. Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Pleasant and collegial work environment along with competitive salary.
