- Supervise and manage all technicians and office admin within department
- Assist with project designs
- Receive and process calls for service/testing/repair/proposals for customers
- Provide technical support when needed
- Support field techs and monitor their work productivity
- Direct the coordination with customers to schedule service work, follow-up work, and inspections
- Review work orders
- Schedule follow-up service as required
- Process requisitions for parts needed to complete service work
- Basic billing and financial responsibilities
