Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a Parts Coordinator in the Hauppauge area. Someone who is comfortable being on the phone, ordering parts and someone who is very organized. work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Locate and order parts both via phone and online
Process and complete purchase orders accurately
Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm order details
Maintain organized records of orders and inventory
Assist with general office support as needed
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
