Key Details:
- Hiring focus for: 2nd Shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) - but accepting all applications
- Open to discuss 12-hour and split shifts
- Weekend (or every other) and Holiday work is required
- Applicable for benefits, and use of CTO/PTO, upon completing your 91st day (Healthcare Premiums Paid for)
About the Role: As a Direct Care Worker, you'll embark on a fulfilling career assisting residents affected by traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Your responsibilities will include daily care, activity coordination, and documentation for group home/semi-independent living clients.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Group Home Manager.
- Record client behaviors and responses accurately and objectively.
- Administer medications and document according to company policies.
- Provide transportation for clients to planned activities.
- Contribute to household maintenance activities as scheduled.

Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability working across all shift times, weekends, and holidays
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle history report and employment references
