Program Manager - Washington
Overview:
FedWriters is building a team to operate OJP's Response Center and Library Services, providing high-quality information assistance through a customer service center, virtual library database, and research services to support justice system professionals and the public.As a Program Manager, you will lead the overall delivery of OJP's Response Center and Library Services, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient operations, and effective coordination with OJP stakeholders.

This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern and may be requested to be at OJP periodically for briefings, meetings, and coordination purposes.
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all tasks and subtasks within the response center and library services contract are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain high satisfaction levels with the OJP COR, task monitors, and other OJP stakeholders
- Coordinate efforts and communication between key staff, other contractors, OJP staff, and participating organizations
- Participate in OJP's communications governance efforts and share information with OJP staff, leadership, and other contractor staff
- Attend periodic meetings with COR and task monitors to review:
- Project status and progress
- Budget status
- Customer satisfaction levels
- New services and products planning
- Issues affecting service delivery
- Recommendations for improvements
- Participate in monthly meetings with COR and OJP staff to review:
- Status of open funding opportunities
- Technical appeals received
- Common applicant questions/issues
- Recommendations to clarify guidance in NOFOs
- Manage project deliverables and updates through OJP's electronic repository (SharePoint/Teams)
- Minimize impact on OJP staffing through close coordination across projects
Qualifications:
- Five years of project management experience in communications, justice, or related field
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree (or PMP certification plus four years related experience)
- Knowledge of call center operation and library services preferred
