Successfully navigating the complex semiconductor and hardware supply chain is vital to Lightmatters success. We are looking for someone with supply planning experience and limitless positive energy to participate in all forms of tactical and strategic supply planning activities.Success in this role will require analyzing current and future supply needs and constraints, staying organized, being an avid consumer of market intelligence, and leaning into relationship management within and outside of Lightmatter.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand the customer/product roadmaps and translate that into supply plans to drive material procurement
- Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing flows, constraints, lead-times and yields to plan adequate material for customer delivery and internal needs
- Develop and manage inventory tracking through various stages of the manufacturing flow with accuracy and transparency
- Continuously report challenges/risks and align with internal/external stakeholders to achieve on-time delivery
- Ensure accuracy of planning data including planning parameters, Bills of material and manufacturing flow
- Develop inventory tracking and supply planning templates to scale-up for volume deployment and MRP automations
- Be the SME to lead the implementation of ERP/PLM integration as well a MRP system
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across all aspects of demand/supply planning to ensure robust, reliable, and repeatable end-to-end practices are in place
- 8+ years experience in supply chain planning and analytics
- Bachelors in Business, Economics, Math, or Supply Chain. Masters preferred.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a must
- Strong analytical, data management, and communication skills

Base Compensation Range: $140,000 to $180,000 In accordance with the Colorado, California and New York law, the range provided is Lightmatter's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Actual pay will be based on several factors including work experience, location and education.
