Content Manager (New York) Role

Creating engaging content for a financial product is hard. Can you turn a boring product into an engaging and exciting experience through the content you produce?

We are seeking a creative Content Manager to join our team. The Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, leads, and positive customer behavior. This role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Reporting to the US Head of Brand and Communications, you will partner closely with a founding team in the New York office, including team members from Operations, Product and Finance. Aside from our US local marketing team, you’ll have direct access to our global performance marketing, global design and our global partnership teams.

As you will be part of a founding team, the role is particularly suited for people who want to have the chance to build a direct-to-consumer brand from scratch.
  • Copy Editing: Oversee and manage all copy editing processes to ensure content is clear, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Social Media Management: Grow our social media presence across all platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all content.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify new content opportunities and trends.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have an appropriate combination of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content management, copy editing, and social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $65k
  • Bonus participation is available to all employees
