What we’re looking for: Our St. Louis, Missouri office is a GREAT paralegal to join our growing team at our Top National Plaintiff's firm!
- Assist attorneys with administration of insurance subrogation and governmental repayment obligations related to settlement proceeds;
- Draft correspondence, authorizations, transmittal letters, and other legal documents;
- Work with vendors and insurance companies to gather claim information related to clients’ medical treatment(s);
- Track and monitor client files, calendars, and provide status updates;
- Perform internal and online legal research;
- Review insurance policy plan language;
- Audit medical billing codes;
- Communicate with clients, litigation teams, insurance companies, vendors, and government agencies to resolve liens.
