Eligibility Requirements
Fully licensed (L, A & H and security licenses required)
Mentor new Financial Advisors
Leaders with a great drive to succeed, GRIT, the passion to make a difference, and the desire
to be a mentor with our team

Attract new upcoming Advisors to our team
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Proven self-starter with a demonstrated success record

Expectations:
The ability to positively impact someone else's life
Personalized mentoring
Active in and attend all Network Office meetings, and Annual Meetings
Attend weekly and quarterly ELT Meetings.
Lead a weekly and/or monthly Client Builder group
Source 4 Financial Representative contracts per year
Participate in the weekly Recruiting call
Participate in one or more steps of the selection process
Meet minimum ongoing expectations
Ensure your new Financial Representatives are prepared to attend initial training
Facilitate national training program sessions and/or follow-up training
Hold individual coaching and case development meetings
Develop leadership skills & continue personal development
Pursue a designation through the American College
Lead by example; strong personal practice
Participate in leadership meetings
